摘要
振动台振级调整算法是振动校准自动控制系统中的关键技术。结合人工操作振动台控制策略,提出一种基于专家系统的振动台振级调整算法,并在LabVIEW环境下采用图形化编程实现基于该方法的振级调整自动控制系统。结果表明,基于专家系统的振动台振级调整算法能得到良好的控制效果,该算法满足振动校准过程高精度与智能化要求,提高了校准系统的效率和自动化程度。
The vibration level adjustment algorithm is the key technology in a vibration calibration automatic control system. In accordance with the control strategy of manually operating a vibration exciter, a kind of vibration level adjustment method based on an expert system was proposed. And the new method was applied in a vibration level adjustment automatic control system by adopting the platform of LabVIEW. The test results showed that the algorithm based on an expert system can attain a perfect control effect, and meet the requirements of high precision and intelligence for vibration calibration, and improve the efficiency and the automation of a calibration system.
