摘要
为解决现有玉米根茬处理装置存在的问题,研究设计一种新型破茬装置。介绍破茬装置的工作原理及主要部件设计,分析主要工作部件的参数。正交试验结果表明,破茬装置的破茬合格率在91%以上,能够很好地满足设计要求。
A new stubble breaking device is designed to solve the existent problem in the current maize stubble processing unit. This ar- ticle presents the working principle and design of the major parts in the newly invented device and makes analysis on the parameters of the major parts. The orthogonal test results show that the stubble breaking acceptability of the device is above 91%, indicating that the device is capable of meeting the design requirement.
