摘要
通过调节CaCO3晶须的含量,制备了一系列聚对二氧环己酮(PPDO)/CaCO3复合物(F),利用差示扫描量热计,偏光显微镜和X-射线衍射仪研究了F的结晶行为。研究结果表明,CaCO3晶须的加入并未明显改变PPDO的晶体结构;随着CaCO3晶须含量的增加,PPDO的球晶形态和F的热力学性能均发生了明显改变。
A series of PPDO/CaCO3 composite materials(F) were prepared by modulation of CaCO3 whisker content.The crystalline properties of F were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter,polarized optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results showed that CaCO3 whisker in F do not influence crystalline structure of PPDO.However,with increased CaCO3 content,both the spherulitic morphology of the PPDO and thermal characteristics of F were significant varied.
