基于GA&SA的混流装配线平衡系统的研究与实现

Research and Realization of a Mixed Model Assembly Line Balancing System Based on the Genetic Algorithms and Simulated Annealing Algorithms

摘要 在对柔性生产环境下的多品种混流装配线设计问题进行分析的基础上,结合4种不同型号的保险杠的装配工艺,提出结合当量节拍、可变装配站与固定工作站的设计技术,设计以装配线过载和闲置成本最低为目标的投产排序模型,并开发一个面向对象的投产排序系统,运用SA&GA混合算法对模型进行求解,得出最佳投产排序解决方案。 Based on the analysis of the mixed model assembly U line design and the assembly process of different auto bumpers, mixed model U line with fixed or alterable stations was introduced after forecasting the fluctuating long term demand. The target of the design solution was to minimum the fluctuation of the assembly time spent in the different stations comparing with the equivalent cycle time, and also a mixed model assembly line balancing system based on genetic algorithms and simulation-annealing algorithms was developed to solve the flexible demand of the different type products.
