摘要
基于弹塑性有限元法对零件镦粗过程进行模拟,揭示镦粗时金属的变形、应力应变场、温度场及镦粗力的分布及变化情况,探讨工艺参数对荷载的影响规律,以及不同压下率、摩擦因数及高径比下坯料金属的流动特征。研究结论对制定与优化镦粗时的参数具有参考价值。
The cold upsetting process of workpiece was simulated by using elastic-plastic finite element method. Metal deformation, distributions of stress, strain and temperature fields, upsetting force were discovered. The effect of the parameters on upsetting load, and the property of metal flow were discussed under the conditions of different reduction rate, friction factor and height-diameterratio. The results are useful to the design and optimization of parameters in the upsetting process.
