深部矿山尾砂充填供料系统稳定性研究

System Stability of Tailing Feeding in Deep Mine

摘要 尾砂充填法是充填采矿技术发展的主力方向。随着开采深度的加大,井下排水、排泥工作量的增加及管路系统拐弯增多、总输送距离增大,尾砂充填供料系统难以稳定。对金川二矿区深部尾砂供料系统所暴露的问题进行了分析和科学计算,并进行了合理的技术改造和工艺优化,使二矿区的尾砂膏体充填工艺系统的连续作业时间从2h左右延长到24h以上,膏体充填量从2003年的2万m3提高到2010年的17万m3。 Tailing filling has increasingly become the main way in the world mining field,but it is difficult to stabilize tailing feeding for increasingly draining away water and mud,meandering pipe and conveying distance in the deep mine.Reasonably,the No.2 Mining area,Jinchuan Group Co.Ltd has changed technology and optimized process,by analysing and calculating the tailing feeding system in the deep mine,which has solved the problem of underfeeding and weak continuity of the system.The continuous working time is increased to 24 h from about 2h.As a result,the efficiency of tailing filling has been greatly increased by 20 000 m3(2003) to 170 000 m3(2010).
