小儿腹腔镜手术50例的麻醉效果观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨小儿腹腔镜手术的麻醉方法及临床疗效。方法:选择2011年4月-2012年5月本院收治的50例腹腔镜手术患儿,采取气管插管全身麻醉,建立CO2气腹。严密监测患儿心率,平均血压,脉搏氧饱和度及呼末二氧化碳分压等各项指标变化。结果:全部患儿术中生命体征均表现平稳,无一例出现严重并发症,临床麻醉效果满意。结论:小儿腹腔镜手术实施气管插管全麻利于呼吸管理,降低手术操作对呼吸循环系统的影响。
