摘要
目的探讨体外冲击波与外科手术治疗对骨不连的临床疗效。方法对我院收治的70例骨不连患者随机分为实验组以及对照组，实验组患者采用体外冲击波治疗，对照组患者采用常规手术治疗。并对其进行长期随访，随访中对患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果实验组治愈率为65％，对照组为43．3％，实验组患者的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；实验组骨不连间隙（8．2±1．2）mm，对照组（7．9±2．1）mm；实验组愈合37例，对照组25例；愈合时间实验组（7．9±2．1）月，对照组（12．1±3．2）月，实验组患者的愈合时间明显短于对照组。结论对骨不连患者采用体外冲击波进行治疗，可明显提高患者临床疗效，改善患者治疗时间，降低治疗费用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave （ ESW ） and surgical treatment for nonunion. Methods 70 patients with nonunion were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group received ESW whereas the control group received surgical treatment. All the patients were chronically followed up and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results The cure rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group （ 65% vs. 43.3%, P〈 0.05 ）. Nonunion space was （ 8.2 ± 1.2 ） mm in the study group and （ 7.9 ± 2.1 ） mm in the control group. Nonunion was healed in 37 patients in the study group but in 25 patients in the control group. The healing time was significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group [（ 7.9 ± 2.1 ） months vs. （ 12.1± 3.2 ） months, P〈 0.05]. Conclusions Extracorporeal shock wave for nonunion can obviously improve clinical efficacv, shorten healing time, and reduce medical costs.
