简要分析读者当前价值,重点讨论如何定量计算读者的潜在价值,并提出一个预测模型,通过采取读者当前价值和潜在价值作为两个变量,建立读者细分矩阵,对读者进行有效划分,探讨在此基础上的细分方法和各类读者的市场战略,即实施读者关系管理的有效方法。
This paper briefly analyzes the present value of the readers; puts emphasis on how to quantitatively calculate the potential value of the readers, and puts forward a forecast model. By adopting the two variables of reader' s present and potential value, the paper sets up a subdivision matrix of readers, dividing the readers effectively. Based on above, the paper discusses the subdivision method and all kinds of readers market strategy, that is, effective methods for implementing reader relationship management.
