超声引导结合赛丁格技术在血小板少于10×10^9/L的血液肿瘤患者中的应用

摘要 目的探讨超声引导结合赛丁格技术在血小板少于10×10^9/L的血液肿瘤患者中应用的可行性。方法对60例肿瘤患者运用超声引导结合赛丁格技术置人中心静脉导管(PICC);其中,血小板计数小于10×10^9/L的血液肿瘤患者为实验组(30例),血小板计数大于10×10^9/L的其他肿瘤患者为对照组(30例)。比较2组患者置管后穿刺点出血例数及持续渗血时间。结果2组患者的出血例数和持续渗血时间差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论超声引导结合赛丁格技术行PICC在血小板计数小于10×10^9/L的血液肿瘤患者中可安全应用,可作为血液肿瘤患者实施化疗的有效途径。 Objective To explore whether the method of PICC insertion utilizing ultrasound - guided combined with Seldinger technique can be applied in patients whose platelet is less than 10 × 10^9/L. Methods The method of PICC in- sertion utilizing ultrasound - guided combined with Seldinger technique was used in 60 patients with cancer, platelet count less than 10× 10^9/L for the experimental group, platelet count greater than 10 ×10^9/L for the control group. The situation of blood oozing from the insertion site after PICC placement was compared after catheter placement. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients with sustained bleeding time ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The application of the method of PICC insertion utilizing ultrasound - guided combined with Seldinger technique is safe in patients whose platelet is less than 10 ×10^9/L, as an effective approach to implementation of chemotherapy in patients with hematological malignancies.
