摘要
四刀位数控车加工带孔的小型工件时由于刀位不足不能一次加工成形,分工序加工生产效率较低。为了解决这一难题设计制作了一种排刀装置,该装置可一次装夹多把内孔刀具,使该类零件一次加工成形得以实现,从而提高了该类零件在四刀位数控车床上加工的生产效率。
Four knife digit control vehicle processing hole of the workpiece when the tool is not able to due to a forming process, production efficiency is low. In order to solve this problem in this paper the authors design a row knife device, the device can be clamped once more the inner hole cutter, so that the parts of a forming can be realized, thereby improving the parts in the four cutter in NC lathe machining efficiency.
