摘要
通过建立逼近误差的数学模型,并以基于FANUCoi系统的宏程序加工椭圆曲线轮廓为例,详细解析逼近误差与进给变量、曲率半径之间的关系,并推理出利用宏程序加工非圆曲线轮廓时合理选择切削步进值和进给速度的方法。
Based on the FANUCoi system of macro program in NC machining of elliptic curve profile, through the establishment of the approximation error of the mathematical model, analyze in detail the relationship between the approximation error and programming parametric, and get the methods of selecting cutting the step value and feed speed.
