摘要
针对海洋平台布置在主甲板和移动式钻台之间的电缆保护问题,设计了电缆移动装置,并且介绍了常用的三种电缆移动装置的结构组成,对三种常用的电缆移动装置从结构、施工难易度,环境适应能力,成本等方面进行了比较。实际应用表明拖链式电缆移动适用范围最广,折臂式电缆桥架成本最低,而悬挂式电缆移动装置是对加工技术要求高的电缆移动装置。
In this paper, cable moving device is designed for protecting and moving cable which is arranged between main deck and skidding drilling floor on offshore platforms. Three forms of cable moving devices used for offshore platforms are introduced. At last this paper analyses comparatively those cable moving device that often apply in practice. Towing chain has great scope of application on offshore platforms. The cost of fold-arm cable moving device is lowest. Hanging type cable moving device needs high technical requirements in processing and manufacturing.
