摘要
针对GDH1000高速包装机条烟在分道输送过程中产生的碰撞、喷码磨花,造成条烟无法读取条形码,不能实现条烟自动输送及实现自动化大生产。通过分析滚轮输送、下滑通道的缺陷,通过采用气动控制、同步带传动等技术,实现条烟的精准分道和输送。
When using GDHIO00 high-speed cigarette packing machine,cartons may collide each other in transfer lanes,leading to abrasion of spray code.Cartons＇ auto-transfer cannot go on if bar code cannot be read.To solve the problem and achieve auto-production,we analyse the defects of idler wheel conveyer and glide lanes,using pneumatic control and synchronous belt drive to achieve accurate lane-selection and transfer of cartons.
