摘要
阐述了东风7C型系列内燃机车用12V240(275型系列柴油机(以下简称"275"柴油机)机体主轴孔,左、右凸轮轴孔三孔精镗床设计方案。三根镗杆都采用微调刀头,体外对刀,液压缸拉动镗杆走刀,三孔可以同时镗削一次成活,完成三孔半精镗和精镗的加工。由于该机床采用主轴箱和所有镗模架都装在一块平台上的结构,定位基准统一,并形成一个刚性整体。因此具有结构紧凑、切削平稳、工作可靠、精度稳定等优点,使得机体三孔加工质量和生产效率得到较大幅度提高,且加工精度完全能满足设计要求。
The author describes the design of three-hole fine boring machining for spindle bore, right camshaft hole and left camshaft hole in the EQ-manufactured 12V240/275 diesel engine body that is equipped in the DF7C series of diesel locomotive. Three boring bars equip with fine-tuning cutter head, the cutter head is adjusted on the outside of cylinder and the cutter moves by the boring bars which is pulled by hydraulic cylinder. The three holes can be bored simultaneously to complete the processing of semi-fine boring and fine boring. The structure of the boring machine is that main spindle box and boring formwork is fixed on the same platform, it has a same base plane and it is rigid and whole, so there are some advantages that are compact structure, smooth cutting, stably working, high degree of accuracy ,and so on. These make for the manufacturing quality and production efficiency get a more substantial increase, and a high degree of accuracy meeting the requirement of design.
