热力膨胀阀应用于变频空调器的可行性研究

摘要 对以双向热力膨胀阀作为节流元件的热泵型变频空调器进行实验研究和分析.通过与原系统节流元件并联双向热力膨胀阀,在原系统所标定的充注量、相同测试条件下进行对比,根据结果并结合目前各节流元件的价格因素,指出双向热力膨胀阀应用于变频空调是可行的,且具有很高的性价比. This paper covers the experimental research and analysis on the inverter air--conditioning system which uses 2--way thermal expansion valve(TEV) as throttling element. Compared with the same conditions normal charged amount of original system with original system equipped with 2--way TEV, the result and the price factors of each throttling element considered, it is pointed out that the application of 2 -- way TEV in inverter air--conditioning system is feasible and the ratio between its performance and price is high.
