摘要
在深入研究基于劳仑斯-麦卡蒂公式的生化需氧量(BOD)软测量二阶机理模型基础上,采用偏最小二乘法(partial least-squares,PLS)对BOD软测量机理模型进行非线性补偿,推导出污水处理出水水质的多参量软测量模型.仿真实验结果表明,基于PLS的非线性补偿方法使BOD软测量机理模型精度得到明显提高,为污水处理过程出水水质BOD精确测量提供一种有效方法,为污水处理过程参数实时控制创造了条件.
Based on the in-depth study of second-order mechanism model of Lawrence-McCarty formula BOD soft sensor, Partial Least-Squares (PLS) method was used to compensate the error of the BOD model formula, and propose the soft sensor model of multi parameters for sewage treatment process. The simulation results show that the precision of mixed model value is improved, and it provides an effective way of measure BOD effluent quality sewage treatment process accurately, and also create the conditions for the real-time control of sewage treatment process.
