摘要
目的探讨玻璃体切除术治疗Terson综合征的临床效果。方法回顾性分析8例（13眼）Terson综合征的临床资料，所有患眼均采用玻璃体切除术进行治疗。结果13眼经玻璃体切除术后玻璃体清亮，术后视力均有提高，8眼视力≥0．3，5眼视力低于0．3。结论玻璃体切除术治疗Terson综合征能早期恢复视力，该手术安全、有效，并发症少，是治疗Terson综合征的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vitrectomy for treating Terson syn- drome. Methods A retrospective ayalysis on clinical data was performed on 8 cases （ 13 eyes） with Terson syndrome underwent vitrectomy. Results Postoperatively, the vitreous cavities of 13 eyes were all clear, the visual acuity improved. The best correct visual acuity achieved 0.3 or better in 8 eyes, and less than 0.3 in 5 eyes. Conclusion Vitrectomy is an effective and safe treatment for Terson syndrome with less compli- cations. It can restore visual acuity early.
