摘要
目的:观察苦黄增液汤治疗阴虚火旺型快速心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的61例患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例,治疗组给予苦黄增液汤加减治疗,对照组给予心律平治疗,治疗4周后比较两组治疗前后临床症状、心电图改变情况。结果:治疗组临床症状改善27例,有效率87.10%;对照组临床症状改善22例,有效率73.33%;两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组心电图均有改善,但与对照组比较P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:苦黄增液汤加减治疗阴虚火旺型快速心律失常疗效较好。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Decoction of Ku - huang Zeng - ye on tachyarrhythmia with syndrome of fire hyperactivity due to yin deficiency. Methods ：61 cases were divided into two groups randomly. 31 cases in treatment group were treated with Decoction of Ku - huang Zeng - ye, and 30 ones in control group were treated with propafenone. Then the symptoms and electrocardiogram were observed and contrasted with before and after treatment. Results： Clinical symptoms in treatment group 27 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 87. 10%. And in control group 22 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 73.33%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Electrocardiograms were improved in the two groups, but there was not significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Decoction of Ku - huang Zeng -ye has good and reliable effect on tachyarrhythmia with syndrome of fire hyperactivity due to yin deficiency in improving the clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram.
