本文结合有关商业秘密的立法和司法实践 ,对侵犯商业秘密行为的认定、举证责任的分担。
With the development of market-oriented economy and stringent rivalry,more and more infringement on trade secrets are emerging.Thus,people in legal theory field and judicial practitioners have focused hotly on determination of it ,analyses allocating the burden of proof to it.The contemplates application of protecting measure.and shows legal remedial measure.
