摘要
本文分析了假捻纺纱技术两个工艺特征和三大工艺效应,在介绍假捻工艺参数时引入了假捻/成纱捻系数比值的参数,在应用效应方面归纳了6个优势项目,解读了假捻纺纱技术的行业规划和需求属性,比较了集聚纺纱与假捻纺纱技术的特征和性价比,明确了假捻纺投资运行成本低和纺纱条件改善的优势,创见性地提出了两种纺纱新技术投资运行成本具有数量级差距的概念。
This paper analyzes two process features and three application effects of false-twist spinning technology.When introducing the process parameters of false twisting,the ratio of false twist/twist factor of resultant yarn is used.It sums up 6 advantages of this technology in term of application effect,interprets the prospects of false-twisting technology according to the development program of the cotton textile industry,make a comparison between compacting spinning technology and false-twisting technology in terms of process feature and price/performance ratio,states the advantages of false-twisting technology in lowering investment and operation costs and improving spinning condition and draws the conclusion that there is a significant difference between these two spinning technologies in term of investment and operation costs.
