摘要任何制度都具有价值性与技术性双重特质或两个层面。纵观美国整个的教师资格认证制度的改革与发展过程会发现,一直以来其制度价值取向上体现出一种相互矛盾的特点,而这种"矛盾性"却又在一定程度上推动着美国教师资格认证制度的发展。 Any system has both value and technique characters or aspects.A study of the history of the entire U.S.system of teacher certification reform and development process indicates that its value orientation has been reflecting a conflicting characteristics.This article focuses on the analysis of＂contradictions＂of value orientation of American teacher certification system its inspirations.
