摘要
分别从料浆浓度、输送流速、管道直径3个方面建立不同有限元模型,对管道输送的参数进行对比分析。分析结果表明:78%的料浆浓度为充填管道输送的最大浓度;深井充填时,小直径充填管有利于充填料浆满管输送,同时应加厚充填弯管处的内壁。
From the pulp density transportation, pipe diameter and velocity, respectively, a finite element model differ- ent from filling slurry pipeline pressure to influence factors, the pipe to the parameters of the comparative analysis. The anal- ysis results show that 78% of the pulp concentration for filling the maximum eoncentration of pipe, deep well filling, small diameter filling tube to filling slurry pipe full, and thicken filling tube bending place wall.
