摘要
目的：对山东平邑GAP基地三种品系金银花质量评价。方法：按照2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》附录方法测定。结果：平邑三种不同品系金银花水分6.3%~6.95%;总灰分7.7%~8.95%,酸不溶性灰分0.73%~0.92%;绿原酸含量1.86%~2.45%,木犀草苷含量0.054%~0.078%,且各项指标均有差异。结论：平邑金银花三种品系的质量完全符合国家药品标准,不同品系金银花之间质量有差异。
Objective：To make the quality evaluation of three strains of Lonicerae Flos in GAP certification of Shandong.Methods：Determination according to the methods in appendix of Chinese pharmacopoeia（Edition 2010）.Results：Three strains of Lonicerae Flos moisture contents were between 6.3%~6.95%;the total ash contents were between 7.7%~8.95%;the acid insoluble ash contents were between 0.73%~0.92%;the chlorogenic acid contents were between 1.86%~2.45%;the galuteolin contents were between 0.054%~0.078%.All these indexes were different in different strains.Conclusions：The quality of three strains of Lonicerae Flos in Pinyi meets the national pharmaceutical standards completely.There is difference in different Lonicerae Flos strains.
