The Role of Th17 and Treg in the Pathogenesis of Asthma

摘要 支气管哮喘(以下称哮喘)是一种复杂的多因素气道疾病,因其复杂性,发病机制目前尚不明确。此前广为接受的Th2占优势的Th1/Th2失衡并不能完全解释哮喘的发病机制。后有研究发现机体存在的Th17和Treg两种细胞,虽功能不同,但是之间有着复杂的相关关系,甚至有可能存在Th17/Treg平衡。炎症反应可打破Th17/Treg平衡,当两者失衡则可能引发诸如哮喘之类的自身免疫性疾病。这一平衡的打破作为哮喘发病的机制之一引起了诸多学者的关注和研究,文章试图就此做综述如下。 Asthma is a complex,multifactorial airway disease.Because of its complexity,the pathogenesis is not clear now.Th1/Th2 imbalance has been accepted by us.but it cannot explain the pathogenesis of asthma fully.Th17 cell and Treg cell were found in the body by the scientist.Although their functions are different,but there is a complex relationship between them.Even it has Th17 / Treg balance.Inflammation can break Th17/Treg balance.The imbalance could cause the autoimmune diseases such as asthma.And scholars have been attracted by the imbalance which is one of the asthma pathogenesis.This paper attempts to review this.
