摘要
目的:通过108例男性不育症患者问卷调查,对其中医体质类型质进行初步的分析。方法:体质量表调查法对108例男性不育症人群实施中医体质辨识。结果:单一体质类型63例占58.33%,复合体质类型45例占41.67%,总体体质类型前10位依次为和平质31例占28.7%,湿热质15例占13.89%,湿热痰湿质7例占6.48%,气虚湿热质、气虚阳虚质各6例,分别占5.56%,气虚质5例占5%;湿热阳虚质、特禀质、阴虚质各4例,分别占3.7%,湿热血瘀质3例占2.78%。结论:男性不育患者和平质者占相当比例,而体质偏颇者则以湿热体质及湿热复合体质为主,气虚、阳虚、痰湿及其复合体质互见的体质特点。而阴虚、血瘀、特禀质及其复合体质相对较少。
Objective：To analyze the physical compositions on male infertility by Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution questionnaire of 108 cases.Method：By using a physical scale survey,the research analyzed the physical constitution types of the 108 cases of the sample population.Result：The single constitution types had 63 cases（58%）,complex types 45 cases（41.67%）.The top 10 of the total types accounted in order,constitution of yin-yang harmony 63 cases（28.7%）,damp-heat 15 cases（13.89%）,phlegm-dampness with damp-heat 7 cases（6.84%）,qi asthenia with damp-heat 6 cases（5.56%）,qi-yang asthenia 6 case（5.56%）,qi asthenia 5 cases（5%）,the yang asthenia with damp-heat,yin asthenia,allergic constitution all had 4 cases（3.7%）,constitution of blood stasis with damp-heat 3 cases（2.78%）.Conclusion：Constitution of yin-yang harmony is quite a lot in male infertility;meanwhile,constitution of damp-heat and that of complex constitution are the majority in partial constitution.Constitution of qi asthenia,yang asthenia,phlegm-dampness always combined to compound constitution types.On the other hand,type of yin asthenia,blood stasis,qi stagnation,allergic constitution are very rare.
