摘要
就原因不明月经过少的中西医病因进行阐述,中医认为其病因以肾虚为本,兼夹肝郁、血虚、血寒、血瘀、痰湿等,其中以肝郁较多见。西医病因可能与子宫内膜上的雌激素受体缺陷及其他一些成分的分子生物学改变有关。
The etiology of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine of unknown aetiology hypomenorrhea was dicussed.TCM believes that its etiology is based on kidney deficiency,combined with stagnation of liver Qi,blood deficiency,cold blood,blood stagnation and phlegm dampness,and stagnation of liver Qi is common.Etiology in Western medicine may be related to endometrial estrogen receptor on defects and some other components of molecular biology changing.
