摘要
目的:观察不同剂量的斑蝥酸钠在体外作用24h对中国仓鼠肺细胞(CHL细胞)生长的影响。方法:以体外培养的中国仓鼠肺细胞为研究对象,分别设立正常对照组以及低、中、高3个剂量的斑蝥酸钠给药组,采用MTT法、倒置显微镜下形态学观察以及PI流式细胞分析法分析斑蝥酸钠对CHL细胞的生长抑制情况。结果:低、中、高剂量斑蝥酸钠作用24h,对CHL细胞抑制率分别为11.27%、17.77%、27.32%,大剂量有明显抑制作用(P<0.01);倒置显微镜下可观察到细胞表面有"出芽"现象。结论:斑蝥酸钠能抑制CHL细胞生长,并且可诱导其凋亡。
Objective：To explore the effects of different doses of sodium cantharidinate on the growth of Chinese hamster lung cells（CHL cells）.Methods：MTT assay,inverted microscope and PI flow cytometry were used to analyze the growth suppression of CHL cells when given different doses of sodium cantharidinate.Results：The suppression rate of low,medium and high dose were 11.27%,17.77% and 27.32% respectively.The high dose had significant suppression effect（P0.01）.The budding phenomenon could be observed by inverted microscope.Conclusion：The growth of the CHL cells could be suppressed and the apoptosis could be induced by sodium cantharidinate.
