摘要
目的:探讨岭南习用中药五指柑米炒炮制品抗炎、止呕等方面的药效。方法:采用二甲苯致耳廓肿胀及对角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖炎症的方法,观察米炒五指柑的抗炎作用;运用碳末推进率法,观察对小鼠小肠平滑肌的影响;采用大黄致泻法观察止泻的作用;采用注射硫酸铜水溶液致呕法,观察止呕的作用。结果:米炒五指柑能明显减轻耳廓肿胀,明显抑制小肠平滑肌收缩,缩短炭末在小肠的推进距离,减少大黄致小鼠腹泻时的排便次数及延长排便时间,抑制由硫酸铜引起的呕吐现象,且作用优于生品。结论:米炒五指柑具有减缓肠蠕动功能,并表现出明显的抗炎消肿、止泻、止呕作用。
Objective:To investigate the pharmacodynamics of rice-frying process of southern conventional medicine Folium vitex negundo.Methods:The carrageenan-induced paw inflammation method was used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect.The use of carbon-moving rate was promoted.Its impact on small intestinal smooth muscle was observed.Rhubarb-induced diarrhea-reducing method was used to observe antidiarrheal effect.Sulfate aqueous solution injection was used for inducing vomiting,and antiemetic effect was observed.Results:The results showed rice-frying process of Folium vitex negundo can significantly reduce ear swelling,inhibit intestinal smooth muscle contraction,shorten carbon moving rate from the end of the advance in the small intestine,reduce the rhubarb-induced diarrhea in mice and prolong the time of defecation and inhibit vomiting induced by the copper sulfate.Conclusions:Rice-frying process of Folium vitex negundo had slow motility,anti-inflammatory,anti-swelling,anti-diarrhea and anti-vomiting effects.
