摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对手术室预防和控制感染的影响。方法:实行分级管理责任制整体护理模式,术后配合氧驱雾化吸入、电动排痰等护理措施,观察手术室预防和控制感染的效果。结果:实施护理干预2年以来,手术后伤口或肺部感染率明显下降,手术室的医护配合水平、护理质量、手术医生与患者满意度各项指标均大幅提高。结论:手术室实行科学的护理干预,能有效的预防和控制感染、减少医疗差错和职业伤害、提高医疗综合满意度,值得进一步总结推广。
Objective：To study the influence of nursing intervention to prevent and control the infection in the operating room.Methods：The holistic nursing mode with grading management responsibility system was carried on,coordinating oxygen nebulizer inhalation and electric sputum excretion,and observing the effect of prevention and control of the infection in the operating room.Results：Since the two years＇ nursing intervention,the rate of postoperative wound or lung infection had been declined obviously,and the cooperating level of doctors and nurses,caring quality,surgery doctors＇ and patients＇ degree of satisfaction,had increased drastically.Conclusion：Practicing nursing intervention scientifically could prevent and control infection effectively,reduce medical errors and occupational injuries,and improve comprehensive medical satisfaction.It would be worth further researching and popularizing.
