摘要
目的:通过针刺腰椎间盘突出症大鼠模型夹脊穴观察对大鼠的运动能力、坐骨神经传导速度的影响。方法:健康雄性SPF级3月龄SD大鼠30只,随机分为针刺干预组(A组)10只、非针刺干预组(B组)10只、对照组(C组)10只。A组麻醉后腹腔切开,分离后腹膜,暴露L5-6、L6-S1椎间盘左前缘,5号穿刺针分别刺入两椎间盘,深度3mm,后缝合腹壁,4周后给予针刺夹脊穴干预,每天1次,连续10天。B组造模同A组,予电磁波照射干预,每天1次,连续10天。C组不造模、不干预。结果:运动能力测试:P〈0.01,A组在干预前、后有显著差异,干预后A组与B组有显著差异。坐骨神经传导速度:P〈0.01,A组在干预前、后有显著差异,干预后A组与B组有显著差异。结论:通过针刺腰椎间盘突出症大鼠夹脊穴,可有效改善腰椎间盘突出症大鼠综合运动能力,提高坐骨神经传导速度。
Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation in a rat model of Jiaji points on the sports ability and the conduction velocity of sciatic nerve.Methods:30 healthy male SD rats,aged 3 months,were randomly divided into acupuncture intervention group(group A,10 rats),non-acupuncture intervention group(group B,10 rats),control group(group C,10 rats).After anesthesia abdominal incision retroperitoneal exposure,in group A L5-6 and L6-S1 intervertebral disc in left front was exposed,5 needles were respectively penetrated into two discs,the depth was 3mm,after suture of abdominal wall,needling at Jiaji points for 4 weeks,once a day,lasting 10d.Group B was modeled the same as group A,and given the electromagnetic wave irradiation intervention,once a day,lasting 10d.Group C was without neither modeling nor the intervention.Results:The sports ability test:P0.01,after the intervention in group A,there were significant differences.After intervention,group A and group B had significant difference.Sciatic nerve conduction velocity:P0.01,after the intervention in group A,there were significant differences.After intervention,group A and group B had significant difference.Conclusion:Lumbar disc herniation treated by needling Jiaji points can effectively improve the sports ability and the conduction velocity of sciatic nerve.
