摘要
三相4开关并联型的有源电力滤波器(APF)拓扑简单,开关损耗小、经济效益高,但控制性能易受到电压不平衡的影响,特别是直流母线中点电压不平衡和电网电压不平衡。为抑制该影响,对第1种不平衡情况,通过三相4开关并联型APF建模,推导出直流母线中点电压不平衡对三相4开关逆变器输出特性影响机理,它的存在将影响三相输出对称性,为此提出了一种电容电压差值前馈控制方法,可有效抑制直流母线中点电压不平衡带来的影响;针对电网电压跌落引起的不平衡和短时故障等现象,从APF补偿目标出发,在矢量分析的基础上,提出了一种基于线电压合成的电流参考值生成策略,具有使用传感器少、适合多种不平衡情况的优点。仿真和实验验证了方法的可行性。
Three-phase four-switch active power filter(APF)possesses advantages of simple topology,low switching loss and high economic benefit,but it is vulnerable to unbalanced voltage especially from midpoint of DC bus and grid coupling point.In the former case,by modeling three-phase four-switch APF,the influence mechanism of unbalanced DC split capacitor on the three-phase four-switch inverter is deduced and clarified.Then,a capacitorvoltage feed-forward-compensation control method is put forward to effectively restrain the unbalanced impacts form DC capacitors.To solve the couple point voltage unbalance problem caused by voltage sags,a current reference generating strategy based on line voltage synthesis method is proposed by combing vector analysis and APF compensation target,which is verified by simulation and experiments.The strategy presents advantages of reduced sensors and preferable adaptability to manifold unbalanced voltage situations.
