超声检查在类风湿性关节炎膝关节软骨病变中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究并探讨超声在类风湿性关节炎患者膝关节软骨病变中的临床应用效果。方法 80例患者为研究对象,按照其病程的长短分成三组,另外,再取20例健康的志愿者,将其定为对照组。两组患者分别运用超声检查的手段来观察其膝关节软骨。结果正常对照组股骨关节面的软骨厚度内侧髁为2.12mm,髁间凹为2.89mm,外侧髁为2.32mm。而相比于对照组而言,类风湿性关节炎患者的内侧髁为1.2mm,外侧髁为1.3mm,髁间凹为1.5mm。对比P<0.05,具有显著的统计学意义。结论超声检查是现阶段用于类风湿性关节炎诊断的重要手段,值得临床推广。 Objective To study and explore the clinical application of the ultrasound in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of knee cartilage lesions.Methods Taken 80 patients in our hospital as the research object,according to the course of disease they were divided into three groups,in addition,taken 20 cases of healthy volunteers in our hospital,as its controls.Two groups of patients were applied respectively by means of ultrasonography to observe the articular cartilage of the knee.Results In the normal control group,the cartilage thickness of the femoral articular surface,the medial condyle is 2.12mm,intercondyliod fossa is 2.89mm,lateral condyle is 2.32mm.Compared with patients in the control group,patients with rheumatoid arthritis,medial condyle is 1.2mm medial condyle,lateral epicondylitis is 1.3mm,median sulcus is 1.5mm.Those have the statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusions Ultrasonography is one of the important means which is currently used for the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis,it is worthy of clinical application.
