摘要
产业技术创新战略联盟是我国市场经济条件下产学研结合的新型技术创新组织,为标准化发挥引领产业发展作用提供了高起点的新平台。本文对科技部确定的56家产业技术创新战略联盟试点标准化工作现状进行了梳理,并从中选取典型案例对其标准化工作运行特点进行了总结和分析。
Industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is a kind of new cooperation organization, which is growing rapidly by the combination of industry, education and academy under the market economy conditions. It builds a high level platform, where the standardization could support and lead industrial development well. The article showed the standardization development of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance in China by analyzing 56 alliances selected by MOST. It summarized the operating management patterns of standardization on the basis of typical case analysis.
