回肠腰大肌无张力缝合代输尿管术临床价值探讨

摘要 目的:探讨回肠腰大肌无张力缝合代输尿管术的临床价值。方法:总结36例各种原因需要行输尿管替代手术的患者,总结其手术经验,探讨治疗前后患者肾功能以及电解质变化情况。结果:手术后患者的平均BUN和Cr均降至正常范围,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05),手术后患者K+、Na+、Cl-均达到正常,而手术前患者K+和Na+均高于正常,术后患者K+和Na+均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:回肠腰大肌无张力缝合代输尿管术,能有效提高患者术后生活质量,减少术后电解质紊乱,保证患者肾功能,可以考虑临床推广。
