湖泊干涸、渔船搁浅的干旱景象才结束,转眼却是洪水四溢、一片汪洋的洪涝灾害。这便是2011年春夏之际在我国长江中下游一带出现的极端气候现象——旱涝急转。往年,长江中下游在入夏之前进入雨季,流域内地表水量增加,缓慢进入汛期。而在2011年,直到5月末流域内仍未见大范围降雨,长时间干旱导致鄱阳湖、洞庭湖、洪湖等主要湖泊大面积干涸,江苏、安徽、湖北、湖南和江西等省纷纷缺水告急;进入6月后又风云突变,流域内连续出现4次强降水,多个城市内涝严重、交通受倒”。这种旱涝转变速度与强度远超过正常水平的极端气候事件,不能不令专业工作者们认真思索:它究竟由哪些因素所致?
This article expounded the main reason of the sudden change from severe drought to flood there in 2011- climate change, analyzed the potential serious effects this extreme climate event would lead to,and put forward that the potential serious effects would be exacerbated by man-made alterations of wetland pattern.Finally, suggestions on wetland protection against the extreme climate changes were proposed.
