摘要
诸如冰毒、摇头丸和K粉等俱乐部毒品或新型毒品正在包括我国在内的全球各地泛滥,吸食俱乐部毒品或新型毒品不仅会导致严重的躯体和精神损害,还会对社会造成极大的危害。越来越多的研究显示吸食俱乐部毒品或新型毒品者更容易发生包括多性伴、群交、商业性行为等高危性行为,从而更容易感染或传播艾滋病性病。尽管俱乐部毒品或新型毒品进入我国的时间不长,但却以惊人的速度增长,对我国艾滋病性病广泛流行乃至国家公共卫生安全和国家利益形成严重挑战,必须予以认真研究和高度关切。
Club drugs or new-type drugs, such as methamphetamine, ecstasy and ketamine, have increased dramatically in many parts of the world as well as China. Club drugs or new-type drugs abuse can not only lead to serious physical and mental disorders,but also contribute problems for society. A growing body of literature have shown that club drug or new-type drug users are at increased risk of engaging in risky sexual behaviors, such as having multiple sex partners, group sex, commercial sex, and so on, which may also increase the risk of HIV/STIs transmission. Although club drugs or new-type drugs penetrated to China not so long ago, their use has increased dramatically in recent years, posing serious challenges for HIV/AIDS epidemic and even national public health safety and national interests that requires urgent attention and more scientific research.
