线粒体基因多态性与AIDS进程的相关研究 被引量：3

摘要 艾滋病是由人类免疫缺陷病毒（Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV）感染引起的全身性免疫功能减退或丧失的一种综合征,也称获得性免疫缺陷综合征（Acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS）。据2011年11月30日世界卫生组织关于AIDS进展的最新数据显示，2010年全球约3400万人携带HIV，新感染HIV者270万人。目前对HIV／AIDS的治疗主要采用高效抗逆转录病毒治疗方案（Highlyactiveantiretroviraltreatment，
