摘要
西门子PRIMUS-H型直线加速器为高能直线加速器,在运行的数年中故障频繁,先后更换过速调管、闸流管、射频源等主要部件。在临床放疗应用中趋于稳定,但仍时有小故障出现影响对患者的治疗。现就治疗中出现的多叶准直器(MLC)故障进行分析。
We purchased the Siemens PRIMUS-H linear accelerator in 1999.During its operation in the past 12 years,some parts were replaced.In this paper,the authors summarized our experience in maintenance of the machine to give some suggestions.
