摘要
商业文化是指商业企业在其经营过程中所体现出来的物质文化和精神文化的总和。由“老商号”为代表的北京商业文化在经营思想、管理模式、经营风格和水准上都具有自身的特色 ,但也有阻碍其自身发展的缺陷。 2 1世纪 ,北京商业文化要想获得大发展 ,就必须解决好对传统文化的正确取舍、迎接现代儒商时代的到来和如何利用新的商机等问题。
Commercial culture is the sum of material culture and spiritual culture reflected in course of commercial business operation.Beijing's commercial culture has its own characteristics in operating idea,administrative pattern,operating style and level,nevertheless it has defects that hinder its own development.In the 21st century,if it wants to devote major development of Beijing's commercial culture,it's necessary to settle the following questions:how to make correct choices in traditional culture,how to meet the times of modern confucian businessman,how to use new commercial opportunity,etc.
