摘要
企业在日益剧烈的全球市场竞争中能否取胜 ,占有何种地位 ,在极大程度上取决于企业家素质的高低及其经营管理才干发挥得如何。国内外大批成功企业的经验证明 ,国家有关部门能否为企业家成长及其队伍的扩大构建一整套有效的机制 ,对于企业家成长和企业的生存与发展 ,都是至关重要的。这套机制主要包括 :选拔机制、培育机制、激励机制、约束与监督机制和淘汰机制。
To a great extent, it depends on entrepreneurs' qualities and how their operating capabilities is used that whether enterprises can win and which position they can hold in the increasingly intensive global market competition. Experiences from many domestic and foreign corporations proved that it is very important both for the entrepreneur growth and for their exist and development that whether the relative state services can make a set of effective mechanisms,which basically include selecting mechanism,cultivating mechanism,stimulating mechanism,constraining and supervising mechanism,and competing mechanism,for their growth.
