摘要
采用纳米FeS溶胶处理含Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu2+、Ni2+和络合剂的模拟电镀废水,考察了纳米FeS溶胶用量、pH、反应时间对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明:在pH为3~6的弱酸性条件下,按理论用量的1.2~1.5倍加入纳米FeS溶胶,反应10~15 min,可使处理后废水中的Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu2+、Ni2+均低于0.5 mg/L,达到国家电镀废水排放标准(GB21900—2008)的要求。
Nano-FeS sol has been used for treating simulated electroplating wastewater containing Cr (VI),CuE*, Ni2+ and complexing agent. The effects of nano-FeS sol dosage, pH, and reacting time on its treatment efficiency are investigated. The experimental results show that when pH is 3-6 under acidic condition, FeS sol is added according to 1.2-1.5 times of its theoretical dosage and reacting time 10-15 min, the Cr (VI), Cu2+ and Ni2+ in the treated wastewater are all lower than 0.5 mg/L, meeting the requirements of the National Electroplating Wastewater Dis- charge Standards(GB 21900--2008).
