摘要
目的从源头做好真空采血管的质量控制,确保血液标本分析结果的准确、可靠、可信。方法通过分析血清管、血浆管和全血管三大类真空采血管的分类特性与性能要求及质量控制环节,本文提出了质量控制和质量保证的方法。结果掌握了分类定义、要求,明确了用途和使用适应范畴,关注容易忽略的质量控制环节。结论由于生产厂家数量多,质量差异大,缺少统一的规范与使用要求,有待于政府管理部门、医疗机构、生产厂家的配合和协调,共同完善和规范真空采血管的质量控制。
Objective To carry out well quality control of vacuum blood collection tube from the origin, thus to ensure accurate and reliable analysis result of blood sample. Methods Based on the analysis of classification characteristics, performance requirements and several quality control cycles of serum tubes, plasma tubes and whole blood tubes, this paper puts forwards the methods of quality control and quality assurance. Results Knew well about the classification, definitions and requirements, understood the purpose and adaptions, focusing on the quality control aspects which are easily overlooked. Conclusion Because of large amount of manufacturers and different quality, many medical institutions lack of unified rules and requirements. It is necessary for the government, medical institutions and manufacturers coordinately improve and standardize the quality control of vacuum blood collection tube.
