摘要
结构化电子病历(EMR)是目前国内医院正在普及的新工作项目,是数字化医院的必备条件。医院病案室是伤病员住院信息的收集、整理、存放、提供和服务利用的重要部门。本文阐述我院全面开展普及结构化EMR的前期与初期,病案管理人员要先学好、用好、宣传好,并从中找出存在的问题以及解决问题的办法,以保障新版EMR顺利跨越磨合期。
Structured electronic medical records（EMR） is a new kind of program popular in domestic hospitals at present, also the essential condition of digital hospital. Hospital record room is an important department to collect, systemize, store, offer and utilize the hospital information of the sick and wounded. This paper discusses the prophase and the initial stage of overall popularization of structured EMR in our hospital. Administrators of medical records should learn the usage method of EMR, and find existing problems and corresponding solution, to ensure that the new structured EMR could be smoothly applied.
