摘要
本文通过A(A =Ca、Sr、Ba和La)调变和B(B =Fe、Co、Ni、Mn和Cu)的晶格取代作用 ,制备了一系列六铝酸盐复合金属氧化物催化剂ABAl11O19-δ,探索了该催化剂形成的影响因素 ,并考察了其对二氧化碳重整甲烷制合成气反应的催化性能 .初步实验结果表明 ,催化性能决定于六铝酸盐复合氧化物晶格中B的氧化还原性质 ,不同A调变对晶格中过渡金属活性组分B的性质有不同影响 .其中ANiAl11O19-δ都有较好催化活性 ,其它过渡金属B取代催化剂活性不及Ni取代催化剂 ,过渡金属活性顺序为Ni Co >Fe>Mn>Cu .
In this paper,a series of hexaaluminate catalysts ABAl 11 O 19-δ were prepared by Amodified(A=Ca、Sr、Ba and La)and B_substitued(B=Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni and Cu),respectively.The preparation situation and catalytic properties of ABAl 11 O 19-δ on reaction of CO 2_reforming of methane to syngas were investigated.The results showed that the catalytic properties of hexaaluminates were determinated by the oxidation_reduction of the substitutant B in the hexaaluminate lattice.modification A in the mirror plane had effect on transition metal B as active component.Among the ABAl 11 O 19-δ samples,ANiAl 11 O 19-δ show better catalytic activity,the catalytic activity of other B_substituted catalysts was lower that that of ANiAl 11 O 19-δ ,the active order of transition metal B of B_substituted hexaaluminate catalysts ABAl 11 O 19-δ was NiCo>Fe>Mn>Cu.
