摘要
由于机械制造网络计划庞大 ,因素众多 ,网络计划技术应用存在缺陷 .将网络图分层是一个较好的方法 .已有的层次分解方法大多割裂了层次之间的复杂关系 .提出的方法较好的解决了这个问题 ,并已成功运用到机械制造的具体实践中 。
There are many disadvantages in the network plan teehnique's application to machine building since machine building's network plan is huge and complex.In order to solve this problem we present in this paper a new network discomposition method which is suitable to the complex relationship among different levels and different objects in same level.Practices in machine building show the method is successful.
