摘要
目的对重庆医科大学附属第二医院血液科2005～2011年检出的16例9号染色体臂间倒位[inv(9)]患者的遗传效应进行分析,明确inv(9)与不孕不育、流产、死胎等的关系。方法采集患者2～3mL肝素抗凝外周血,常规培养制备染色体,G显带、C显带证实。结果在1 300例受检者中,检出inv(9)患者16例,发生率为1.2%。由此说明inv(9)在异常生育患者于检出率明显高于一般人群。结论 inv(9)具有遗传效应,携带者应做产前诊断。
Objective To study the genetic effect of pericentric inversion of chromosome 9 and analyse the relationship between pericentric inversion of chromosome 9 and infertility,dead fetus and habitual abortion.Methods The peripheral blood lymphocytes of the patients were cultured routinely for chromosome analysis with G banding and C banding displaying.Results Among 1 300 cases,16 cases were found having pericentric inversion of chromosome 9.The ratio of the group with abnormal fertility（1.2%） was higher than that of the normal fertility group.Conclusion Pericentric inversion of chromosome 9 can result in abnormal fertility.
