摘要
目的:探讨单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效。方法:选取某附属医院心内科近年收治老年不稳定型心绞痛患者140例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与联合组,每组各70例,其中对照组患者单用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗;联合组患者在对照组治疗基础上,加用复方丹参滴丸治疗;比较两组患者临床症状及心电图改善率,治疗前后心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及ST段下移幅度等。结果:联合组患者临床症状及心电图改善率显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗后心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及ST段下移幅度等较对照组均显著改善,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛能够有效改善患者临床症状,减少心绞痛发作频率及持续时间,对于提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets combined with compound Danshen dripping pill on elderly patients with unstable angina. Methods:140 elderly patients with unstable angina were chose in recent years and randomly divided into two groups including control group with isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets treatment and combined treatment group with isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release'tablets combined with compound Danshen dripping pill;and the improvement rate of clinical symptoms and ECG, and the angina attack frequency,duration,and ST segment depression amplitude before and after treatment of both groups were compared.Results:The improvement rate of clinical symptoms and ECG of combined treatment group were significantly better than control group(P <0.05);and the angina attack frequency,duration,and ST segment depression amplitude after treatment of combined treatment group were significantly better than control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets combined with compound Danshen dripping pill on elderly patients with unstable angina can efficiently improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the angina attack frequency and duration,possess the significance in higher the life quality.
