摘要
在当前严峻的国内国际经济形势下,产业升级再次成为热点问题。从教育、知识产权、资本市场的角度论证了人力资本密集型产业发展如何促进产业升级。然后对人力资本密集型产业的全要素生产效率进行测算,在此基础上对影响人力资本密集型产业全要素生产率的因素进行分析;并对人力资本密集型产业与物质资本密集型产业互动机制进行了实证研究,考察两者的互动对产业升级的作用。
The severe domestic and international economic situation has made industrial up- grading become a hot issue again. The paper discusses how the development of human capital intensive industry promotes industrial upgrading from angles of education, intellectual property right and capital market. Total factor productivity of human capital intensive industry is calculated, and factors influencing the productivity are analyzed. What＇s more, an empirical study is made on the interactive mechanism between human capital intensive industry and physical capital intensive industry, and the impact of their interaction on industrial upgrading is explored.
