摘要
产品配置到产品结构的转化是为了实现以产品配置为管理手段的产品数据管理软件与以产品结构为核心的制造资源计划软件的集成。从产品配置、产品结构和版本等3个方面介绍了产品配置和产品结构的联系与区别 ,从产品结构中的具体对象出发详细分析了转化中存在的难点 ,利用两重递归实现了查询子对象状态、对产品配置对象进行转化两个子算法。结合使用这两个子算法能够有效地实现产品配置向产品结构的转化。该算法在某 CIMS项目的 PDM分系统与 MIS分系统的接口开发中得到了验证。由于配置、结构和版本的普遍性 。
Product configuration must be transformed to the product structure for the integration of product data management (PDM) software and manufacturing resource planning (MRPII) software because PDM organization is based on the product configuration and the product structure is an essential part of MRPII. The relationships and differences between the product configuration and product structure were introduced and analyzed. Using a recurrence method, two computational methods were developed for inquiring the sub objects condition and for the transformation. The transformation could be effectively completed through combining these two methods. The method was used to develop an interface between PDM and MRPII in a CIMS project. Because of the common configuration, structure and version, the computational method can be used in implementation of engineering databases.
